The Flora store is built by Shopify Inc. Shopify offers an online e-commerce platform that enables selling Flora’s products and services.
The user’s information is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and general Shopify applications. The data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
- Third-Party Service
In general, the third-party providers the company uses will collect, use, and disclose user information only to the extent necessary to execute the services we provide.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information they need to provide purchase-related transactions.
Please note that certain providers may be in a different jurisdiction than the company and the user is in, or they may have facilities. The list of Cookies that are used is as follows. The user may choose to refuse the Cookie or not.
_session_id: Allows unique tokens, sessional, and Shopify to store information about the user’s sessions (referrers, landing pages, etc.).
_shopify_visit: No data held. Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq: Counts the number of visits to the store by a single customer. No data held. This data expires at midnight the next day (for visitors). Information about the cart, such as carts, unique tokens, etc. will be retained for two weeks.
_secure_session_id: Unique token, sessional, storefront_digest, if the shop has a password, this will be used to determine if the current visitor will be allowed to access.

To use our website, the user must be of the adult age of the country of residence or will be deemed that the guardian of the minor has agreed to use the website.
If the store is acquired or merged with another company, the user information may be transferred to the new owner and we may be able to continue selling our products.

Credit card information will be always encrypted during transfers over the network. The flow to purchase the product is as follows.
(1)Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, add the product to your cart from the product list or each product page.
(2)Confirm your order, specify the payment method, delivery address, etc., and confirm your order.
(3)Since the shipping fee varies depending on the delivery area, we will send you a shipping notification email (2 to 3 business days), so please wait.
(4)Click the Paypal URL in the shipping confirmation email and pay the price.
(5)After confirming the completion of payment, the product will be delivered to the designated destination by international mail or international courier service.
About payment method
Payment is accepted only by PayPal.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
